Nice it was when I turned on Flexible in the main assembly. Don't know why it would do this. Never put a constraint on it I turned on flexible then went to constraint when I noticed it. Turn flexible off close main assembly open back up and it is right. Turn on flexible and flip.
Oh well....
Went and deleted constraints on sprocket placed constraints back and all good so far...
