Constrain a lot of parts to a lot of points

I import a lot of point from an Excel file. The points are measuring points from a measuring device called Total Station and are imported in a part (sketch). I made a part, a sphere and constrain this part in an assembly to all the measuring points.  

I then can make a dwg.

I am looking for an easy way to constrain the sphere part to the points. I am talking about 200 and more point to constrain. The constrain is only the middle of the sphere with the point. I am now constraining the point by hand, it takes about 1,5 -2 hours.

It would be great if someone knows an tool or maybe VBA script to help me.
