Hi!

I am working with Autodesk Inventor 2013, using the Piping module. I work in a company that does vacuum installations.

We have made several trials with different ways to work, and we found that making an assembly for each pipe was the best and fastest way.

So the procedure is to create a new assembly in the complete assembly and afterwards, we create a part in which we copy the surfaces of the objects/elements we must avoid, start or finish ....

The problem is that when we move this object, the surface doesn't move with the object and we have to redefine the surface with the new face of the object.

We don't understand it, as it is in associativity, and we think that it should move automatically with it.

Thank you very much!!!
