Complex sheet metal bend

I am trying to bend a sheet metal to be like the one in the picture. I have screwed around with it for an hour with no luck. I would like it so I can un fold it.

Hi Adam,

It is a pressed up part, really. The problem is in the smooth flange transition. If you streamline that transition - the part could be made on a break press then.
