Changing the UCS in assembly

I got an assembly where the UCS doesnt match the ground plane

Can I adjust the UCS so it match the groundplane?

When I import this file to "showcase" I cant get it correct aligned with the ground due to this UCS twist

Is one of the parts Grounded?

Right click on the Grounded part and un-ground it.

Add Mate-Flush between the part's XY, YZ, XZ and the assembly origin planes (add an offset if desired).
