Changed drawing sheet-New title blocks lost iproperties

Is there a way to reassociate the drawing iproperties for the title block title, description, drawing number, date etc.

after updating the drawing sheet format to a new appearence. The iproperties are still in the drawing file but do

not want to populate the new drawing sheet change. We use the vault but there is nothing that I know of to repopulate

title blocks after they have been modified to a new sheet appearence. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
