cant move compenent along z axis

I made component and wan't to move it up (along z axis), but i can't. I can move it along y and x axis, but not z

If this is a component by itself as an IPT, I would say that the primary sketch in not fully constrained if it can be move in the X and Y directions. Sounds like this is the plane that the sketch is on. The Z direction then would be your depth of the extrusion. It's placed on the XY work plane and can't move up off it.

 

You could post the offending part here.

Yes component is saved as an ipt file.
It looks like this:

Hi!

 

Maybe you have a mate Constrain between th egreen element and one of the others. Open the constrains in the Inventor browser and verify that.
