Cant create ipart from this moddel (included)

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why I cant create an Ipart out of this part? (see file)

well i created an ipart doing the following:

Manage Tab

create ipart

ipart Author> verify>ok

then in the Manage tab on the Contents Center pannel > Publish part

Publish Guid>next>next>next>next>next

asks for thumbnail image>publish (Icon was automaticaly found)

messagebox apears Publish compleated successfully.

To insert I did create new assembly

Assemble Tab>Placecontent from content Center

But no ipart is vissible, even though we specifide a catagory when prompted in the Publish guid dialogue box?
