Cannot open segment

Hi I received this error and I have no idea why. Can a technical support person give some clarification as to what causes this and what a solution is to stop it from happening?

 

This happened Inventor 2014 Professional Build 222, Release 2014 SP1 Date: Tue 09/17/2013

Hi,

 

Can you please provide us the current version of Inventor you are using and the service pack level you have. If possible can you send the part file that you have problem with. I will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
