Cannot open iparts

There seems to be a problem with my graphics card that prevents me from opening any ipart.

NVIDIA Quadro FX4800

I've tried several different drivers with no luck.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I can't open the part because I am still on 2012.

When you say any ipart are you talking all ipt files or are you talking about the iparts created from a factory file?

Have you tried opening this up on another users machine in your department?

I'm talking about iparts created from factory file. Other machines can open, including one machine with same graphics card but older driver. I've tried Autodesk certified driver and also latest NVIDIA drivers to no avail.

Ok, when you say you can't open them, are you talking about opening up an individual ipart into it's own session?

or chaning it out in an  assembly?  Are you even able to insert it into an assembly?

Is it just this factory ipart or is it happening with others as well?

Have you generated these iparts?  Then tried opening them?

Exactly what happens when you attempt to open the Factory (Master) iPart?

Have you migrated your styles/Design Data folder from 2012?

Thanks,
