Cannot move component in assembly

I made a new positional representation (maybe it's connected, i don't know), and removed all the constraints from a part, but still can't move it.

It has other parts connected with it, and bolt, but i think i removed the governing constraint, but, cannot move it.

It's an assembly of about 5 parts, should i zip and attach it?

That would be the fastest way to an answer.
Otherwise, we can ask 20 questions.

Q1. Have you re-booted the computer and this behavior persistis?

I opened the assembly at home-also the same.

I attach the files without the fasteners.

You will need to turn off the adaptivity to drag the components.

In the new representation the adaptivity option in the parts is greyed out, why?

The red and blue curved arrows that indicate adaptivity axist beside those parts, but no adaptivity option

You will need to turn off the adaptivity from the Master Position.
