Cannot figure out what to do. Help

I'm creating an assemble of extremely basic geometric shapes, i keep getting these lines... I havent used the program in a few years but either i forget or theres something wrong? a screen shot and the actual file are attached below.

Matt, you are posting an assembly which references .ipt files, without including the .ipt files. Therefore we cannot open it!

And I'm not sure what the lines are, are they in all your windows or only the assembly?

I agree, you need to post the parts as well.

Also, what happens view representation?

Do the lines still show up?

Are your graphics card drivers up to date?
