Cannot create simulation

Why I cant create simulation for stress analysis? can anyone help me?

If you go to tools.. add-ins  

What does it show for simulation:stress analysis ?

Should be "automatic/loaded" 

load automatically should be checked and loaded/unloaded should be checked by grayed out.

See you have COMSOL too.. maybe the problem comes from that.

Has it worked before?

What about trying another part?

Have you restarted Inventor and even your computer?

Does this happen with all the models? or is it model specific. Can you also post what version of Inventor you are using?

After I change to "automatic/loaded" the stress analysis cant work, before this the status is "loaded"

This is the 1st time I want to use it. So I not sure it worked or not before this.

I have try another part and new simple drawing. And also restared my Inventor and my computer

So, it's there a possibility that problem come from my COMSOL? Should I uninstall the COMSOL.?

yup that happen with all the models. I using Inventor Professional 2014 student version
