can we insert sketch symbols from one drawing to another?

Can we insert sketch symbols from one drawing to anothers.if can't,can we to
this by add-in?

Yes
1. Open the source and target files.
2. Go to the source file.
3. Expand the Drawing Resources.
4. Expand Sketched Symbols.
5. Right click on the symbol, Copy.
6. Go the target files. Repeat steps 3 and 4
7. Paste

Also if you have a lot of target files you can use Drawing resource transfer wizard.

yes there are some nice options in the drawing resource transfer wizard.
