Can't snap to point in copy

I want to copy a pentagon shape, using two of the vertices as the "from" and "to " points. But when I try to snap to the "to" point, it doesn't register (iI don't see the large green "snap" dot).

Try this:

Inventor LT crashed, and when I re=opened the part, the normal snap dot was visible. Could this be related to the graphics card, or hardware resources?

Try this: Tool>Application Options>Hardware

Choose Conservative  and if it will fail again "software graphics"
