Can't move parts

Mmm, I've been following loads of tutorials but I still can't move parts I've created. How do I do it?

Thanks!

mm, I thought it was quite obvious, anyway I found the answer, I need to make an assembly to move around parts.

comparing the original question with the answer you found, I'd have to say it was anything but obvious.Smiley Wink There are a number of reasons parts might not move when working with an assembly file. The fact that you weren't even using an assembly file yet would never have been obvious to anyone else, with out a better description in your original post, or a screen shot or something.

In the future provide as many details, screen shots, descriptions of what you've tried, not tried, what Inventor version you're using, etc and you'll find that people on here will more than glad to assist.

best of luck to you.
