Can't get components from content center

I know that there is a simple solusion but can't figure it out.

We use vault for every projects.

I now create a "single user" project file without using vault for some drawings for someone else.

The folder is in my local drive and it is outside the vault working folder.

The problem I run into is everytime I click "place from content ceter" it asks me to login to vault.

BTW, my default content center locates in:

C:\Users\MyUserName\Documents\Inventor\Content Center Files\R2014\

Thanks for your help.

Updated:

I found the one:

Application Options => Content Center => select "Inventor Desktop Content" under "Access Options".

Is it the one-way solution?
