Can someone help me so I can continue working.

Look at the ballons labled 8 and 9. There should not be two 8's or two 9's. What is happening here? These parts are not in the same assembly.

I have reordered my BOM to a more logical order, by dragging inside the parts list editor, then renumbered. This is the results.

Thanks.

This may be a stupid answer, but have you tried "undocking and redocking" the balloons to lines on the proper part.

The balloons have always been flaky for me if I make part substitutions or reorder BOM's, and need to be "kicked"

I hope it is this simple.

It was simple. When you turn the visibility of an item of in the parts list, it keeps its item number, even after renumbering the list. When I was clicking on an 'invisible' part, the balloon function still worked and filled in the old item number, making me think I had two 9's etc.

My fault I guess.
