Can not open a new file in Inventor 2014 (new istallation?)

In the right upper corner of autosek Invetor 2014 is a button wich says New (NEU = German) if i click there the window gets bright gray and says no response (keine Rückmeldung) ... i started the Laptop several times but it never Works.

 

technical support is not available so what shall i do ? 

Reinstall?

Welcome to the group!

 

Please post your complete system specs for your laptop.  Have you tried a repair or reinstall?

Yes i have tried both reinstall and repair...
should i redownload and before that delete everything ?
