Can inventor 2013 files be opened in 2014?

 I made these bunch of other parts at school this time and they use 2013 and I use 2014 at home, will I be able to open them

Yes, you can open 2013 in 2014, but not the other way around.

Hello

additional comment: if you modify your 2013 data using Inventor 2014 => Once the data are migrated to version 2014, you can not open them using a previous version of Inventor
