Can I export files from Inventor in .FBX format to use in 3Ds Max?

Can I export files from Inventor in .FBX format to use in 3Ds Max? I plan on using a model from inventor in a XNA 4.0 game. But first I will need to put textures on it with 3Ds Max. Then I will export it from there to put in my game. Also,Are there copywrites on the preset bolts and stuff in Inventor?

you can't export .fbx files from inventor but you can import the native inventor files in Max (ipt & iams)

there might also be 3rd party plugins for max  that can do a better job
