bubbling problems...

is anyone else experiencing problems with bubbling certain parts in drawing
mode? we have made all our o-rings in release 5 originally, then converted
to 5.3, then converted to 6. for some reason i cannot bubble any o-rings in
my drawings. the featured used to make the part is a revolved feature. also,
i have noticed that i cannot bubble to any springs that i have made using
the coil command. possible bug...

since it's just a simple oring, can you test by making a new one with IV6 revolution (just as you made it in the original IV5), and then post back to see if your getting the same results? -Joe

alright...i don't understand what's happening. this
is what i have. i have an assembly with 50-60 parts. all parts in the assembly
have been converted (migrated) to version 6 from release 5.3. i then have made a
presentation file so i could see the assy exploded for drawing detailing. i
start a new drawing and place my view of the .ipn file. so far so good. i bubble
a few things, works great. now, i bubble an o-ring. nothing happens. i try to
bubble a spring. nothing happens. i try to bubble a part that that resembles a
wire clip. nothing happens. so basically, only certain parts get
bubbled.

now, i start a new assy file and place the same
spring and o-ring in it. save it and get out. place this assy in a fresh
drawing. now i can bubble to them. it works. why don't my other assy's work?
just made them yesterday. and i cannot bubble some of the
components.

Mark, just tried an old assembly (5.3 migrated to 6) and am not seeing the
problem. About the only thing noteworthy is that I have to hang around the
springs for a while before they will highlight.

Sorry, no help...
