Browser Bar Gone

My Browser Bar has been slung off of the bottom of my computer screen. (One of my students at their best)Task Bar is not able to be moved, due to network security settings. Is there a program file I can delete to get back to the default program settings?

Thanks,

How about going to a higher screen resolution?

Only way I know other than that is to dig in the registry until you find what looks right
and copy the values from a good one to this one.

When logged in as the student, I am restricted from changing the screen resolution. If I login as the instructor or administrator, the Browser Bar is where it should be.

Where would I go to check the registry files?

Change the students permissions to administrator temporarily, then
change the screen resolution.
