Dear Experts,
i have a model of 6 mtrs long bar with nut and washer.
i make the base view as broken in Remove hidden line style.
and a projected view of as shade rendering style with partial sectioning.
the drawing appears to be normal in idw format. when i print it as hard copy or as pdf file. the projected view restores to 6mtrs i.e outside the side. how do i restrain it as projected to base view.

i got this sorted. i did not get what actually i wanted.
i wanted the section view to be represented as shaded. ( by looking at the drawing they know which type of nut to be used, since we have color coding for various types of course they can look at the description.) hope AutoCAD fixes this in their new version
