We can see that there is a difference between the views shown but what the issue is, is unclear. Could you discribe what you have done and what are your expected results. Also if possible posting the files so that the files can be reviewed.

In your discription you mentioned Inventor 2014. Do you have service pack 1 and update 1 for Service pack 1,  for Inventor 2014 installed? If not you can get them at this link http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/index?siteID=123112&id=2334435&linkID=9242019#section23

hi mercerc

Thanks for your respons.

for information, I use Inventor 2014 with SP 1 - date : Tue 09/17/2013

I create welding assembly for Shaft and coupling,

and in this case, i want to create a break out in half of shaft and coupling to show the dimension and welding symbol.

but you can see rectangular object in the break-out  view.

i try to create isometric view from this breakout section to describe the breakout method is true.

I don't know why the square shown in there.

It would be best if you post the files so we can look at them. To do so please open the idw file and do a "Save As Pack & Go" and create a new destination folder. Once you have completed the Pack & Go go to the destination folder and zip up the files. You can then add them to this post. After that I'll take a look at them.
