Bolted connections between two angled surfaces?!?

Bolted connections between two angled surfaces?!?

Is this possible ?!! Ive been working in varous CAD packages and have found this to be an issue everytime. Say for instance you want to bolt through a wall onto a tapered flange, how can you select a non parallel face as the start or finish surface?

Am I asking for the impossible? Is it like the sound of one hand clapping or being able to rub your stomach and pat your head at the same time?

Help me OB1 your my only hope.

Using assembly constraints this should be (manually) easy.
I don't think there is a way using the Bolted Connection Design Accelerator.
