I have made an ipart and I want to use it with Bolted connection. Is that possible??

Well, without knowing anything about your Inventor setup or what release, I'd say there's only one way to find out. Start an assembly... and give it a shot! LOL... then if it's not working you can come back and give us a bit more detail on what steps you took to this point, so we can help you through it. It SHOULD work, you can definitely add your own fasteners to bolted connection. The question is wether you did everything right up to this point.
