Bolted Connection not solving for right thread

Apparently it's my day for Inventor problems.

 

OK, I have a 3/8-16 tapped hole (see attached screen shot), and the bolted connection design accelerator thinks it's a 5/16-18 thread (see other attached screen shot).

 

If I insert the bolt via content center & use autodrop, it solves for the correct size thread. What's going on here?

            I was able to repeat the issue you describe and I have one question. Can you tell me what version of Inventor 2011 you are using and the build number of that version? This information can be found in Help\about AutoCAD Inventor. This information would be very help in addressing this issue. In either case I’m logging this with product development.

            In the mean time you will need to manually change the Thread Diameter in the bolted connection dialog box. It is directly below the placement selection options.
