Using Inventor 2014 Professional
Using Bolted Connection:
When we use BC with more then 1 circular reference, later when we change the part (and the circular references position, by consequence); we have to solve the new position of the elements (bolts, nuts etc).
To do that repositioning automatically, we can force this by using the "Automatic solve".
But what is happening now is, when i use the "automatically solve" , all the Bolted Connection components stay in the same reference ( the first i picked) and all the elements satying on top of each others).
Only if we force the solve (manual or automatic), the components goes to the propper place.
Rebuild doesnt work.
I´m sure this used to work well in previous versions (i already tested and works well).
Tthe odd thing is, when i tried this on a previous version (2013),in a pc with also Inventor 2014 installed it doesnt work properly, but in the same version in a PC without Inventor 2014, it works well, so the bad beahvior come from Inventor 2014.
Any feedback?? Thanks.
I have noticed similar behaviour in previous versions as well. I had to switch between the various solve methods in 2012 and 2013 as well for some bolted connections to move properly.
Thanks Rob.
I noticed other kind of issues in BC, but, his one is new for me , and only appeared with INV2014 in my ilogic assemblys... All was working well, i hope it will have a fix for this...
