Bolted Connection between non-parallel surfaces?!

Having trouble bolting through a beam onto a tappered face of a channel. In RL a tapered washer would be used,  though they exist in Content Centre it doesnt help the application.

Any Ideas?!!

I do a lot of that, and it is truely annoying. The taper angle on the content center washer is not the same as the angle on the content center channel so constraining them together doesn't work right.

What I do is:

1. Constrain CL of hole in channel to CL of hole in washer

2. Constrain the tip edge of the beveled washer to the face of the channel flange

3. now the flat face of the washer is parallel to the flat face of the channel and bolted connection will work.

It's not perfect but it's a nice shortcut to make an actual design bolted connection instead of making the whole connection yourself. Thanks.
