Bitmaps not showing in ipt or iam

I believe this has been posted but I could not find it.
My hard drive went south and I had to put in a new hard drive and install all my software again. My bitmaps for threads, textures, etc no longer show in the part or assembly files. My default viewer for bmp files is MS paint. I have tried different video card drivers. Can anyone point me to the post that addresses that or tell me what I am missing.

I found it! I had unchecked the textures and reflection box. Another stupid thing that I can add to my list.
