Best Strategy to Model Turbofan Blade in Literature with Shape Functions

Hello Inventors,

I am trying to model the swept turbofan blade as presented in the journal article that is attached to this message.  Unfortunately, I am having a hard time reproducing their baseline model provided the shape functions listed inside of the article.  I was using Excel to extract the blade profiles at various blade lengths and was going to loft them together using Autodesk Inventor.  However, I cannot get the blade profiles to look anything like a blade using the x and y coordinates.  Could anyone figure out how to do this?
