bending square tubing

i have a 4x4x.25 wall tube that i am trying to bend 30 deg. i made my relief cut but i can't get it to bend. any help would be helpful.

It won't bend in the sense that you can start with a straight tube and then
bend it. You'll need to model the tube as bent.

I hope I'm right, as far as I can see what you are trying to do, I would
suggest this:

Why not create a new sketch on the surface of the tube, then create an axis
at the piont where you would lik it to bend an revolve the sketch for 30 deg
around that axis.

You might also try creating a sweep along a 3D path using a profile sketch
of your duct.
