When I make a 90 degree bend on a model with 10mm thickness I get the following when I try to make flat patteren:

I have radius set to 15mm don't I?

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks

You need to change either the radius in your part or your bend table.

Your bend table has a 15mm radius but your model has a 10mm radius.

This is the issue change one or the otheer and you are good to go..

Or just make another column with a 10mm radius.
