Title Block/Boarder issue???? I guess I haven't payed any attention to that
because we always delete our border an put on the customer's border when we
convert the drawings.

What issue are you talking about? If it is the issue with the text moving,
I think this was resolved with SP1.

It basically just uses the same tools you would use to export the IDW to DWG, so it will
have all the same problems. You just have a little more automated method to get all
those problems.
