Basic folding/bending of a sheet metal.

Good Morning,

I've created a sheet metal part and have set my parameters.  In using the fold feature, cannot create bend past 180 degrees.  Radius is large enough (21") and sheet is long enough as there is still flat sheet after a 180 degree bend. How do you create bends past 180 degrees?  Thanks for the help!

Darren

Use the contour flange, think of it as working in the shop, you can't bend anything beyond the width of the die in the brake. Guess they never heard of Back-Breaking" either.

I didn't take the time to exactly model your part - so check the dimensions.

You should use sheet metal tools for sheet metal parts (as a beginner) and almost never use Fold.
