AVI recording problem

Hi
I have tried using the record button in the animate command but when I go to
open the recording it keeps telling me the format is not supported. I have
tried all of the formats available under the save option.
I have been using both Real Player & Windows Media to try & open the
recording.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Allan

Use Microsoft Video and Windows Media Player should have no issues playing
it.

Except there is a little problem with Inventor R6 selecting a codec.
Perhaps his default codec is not viewable.
Sean, you should have suggested that he download Animator V3 which
supports selecting a codec from:

Oops, I forgot about that little bug.

Of course I should have suggested that....

"Except there is a little problem with Inventor R6 selecting a codec. "

FYI: Selecting a codec is possible again with SP2 ...
