Hi Chaw and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Please attach a copy of your installation log file so that we can better understand the exact failure. Thanks!

Try downloading using the Virtual Agent, http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk...

Choose the Download Links, then the product and version you are after.

For 64-bit versions make sure you download both files.

Thanks,

Danny

Hi Jessica,

I have been trying to download the student programme so that I can complete my exam coursework at home, but installation fails each time.  Please find  Installation log attacheded.  I would be grateful for any advice.

Hi Emma and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Let's start from the top! Please perform a clean uninstall to remove any residual installation and download files. Then please re-download your software following these steps:

  • In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, remove pop-up blockers and allow access to all *autodesk.com sites.
  • In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history.
  • Turn off your personal firewall or VPN, if you use one.
  • Disable UAC
  • Close and reopen your preferred browser.
  • Re-download from the Virtual Agent

Be sure to let me know how it goes! Thanks!
