Autodesk Inventor is crashing when i try to export assembly

I have Autodesk Inventor 2014 (Student version) and everytime I attempt to export this file to either .STL or .STP file formats, the program crashes. This is incredibly infuriating and any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

No file attached.

Did you install with anti-virus and UAC temporarily disabled?

Have you installed the Service Packs?

Even more incredibly infuriating, is the lack of information that you have provided.

1.) Type of operating system

2.) System Spec's

3.) Do you have all the SP's and Hotfixes installed for your version of Inventor

4.) Did you follow all the pre-requisistes when you installed Inventor.

   a. Were you loging in with Admin Priv (assuming Windows O/S

   b. If you are running any A-Virus software, was it disabled

   c. If you are running a Windows based O/S, did you try logging in as a different User, one with Admin Priv.

5.) Can you export other Inventor files.

6.) If you can, then possibly post the offending Inventor file here so we can take a look at it

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file

sorry, I realized that the file is too large... is there any other way I could share it with you?

yes i have installed all the aforementioned programs, and this error only seems to be happening when I try to convert this file.

Find the red End of Part marker at the bottom of the feature tree.

Drag the red EOP marker to the top of the feature tree hiding all features.

Save the file with the red EOP in this rolled up state.

Right click on the file name and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Attach the resulting *.zip file here.

Actually, the file is already uploaded to Google Drive, could I just send you the link?

Actually, I am not interested in 3rd party sites.  (you might post the link for other interested parties)

You could post to Autodesk360

After Inventor crashed several times, the .STP file was miraculously created! I'm not 100% sure as to what the solution/problem was, but I should be fine now.

Sorry for not knowing very much-- im just a 10th grader.
