Autodesk Inventor 2014 crash at start up

Hi all,

I'm Jim Joseph Kurian and a student in F.C.R.I.T, studying Mechanical Engineeering (2nd year). The main objective of using this software is to design the bot to be used in Robocon (An international Robotics event) and various other similar designs in my academic career. The problem is as stated below:-

Whenever I start the Inventor 2014 software, it opens up but then it crashes as I click on new option,wherein new parts/components are created, and you cant even press the Alt+Ctrl+ Del option. Basically, the whole system comes to a stand-still.

System Ratings are as follows:-

Windows 7

Dual core E5300 @2.60 GHz 2.60GHz

2.00 GB Ram

32 bit operating system

Display Adapters:- ATI Radeon HD 4350(Microsoft Corporation WDDM 1.1)

Kindly provide a solution for the same.
