Autodesk error when trying to layer

I have Autodesk Inventor 9 and when I open up a drawing (it doesn't matter which one; they all do the same thing) to Format and Layer it, I get the error: an unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. Click continue and the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. I have attached the detailed report out of that as well. I have tried uninstallation, as well as deleting all of the program files, but when I reinstall, I get the exact same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are you using the Default Syles library or a customized one on your
server/shared location.
And if I understand correctly, you haven't started to do any formattting.
All you did was just open the Drawing.
