AutoCAD Inventor Suite 2011 Upgrade Patch...Install problems

I'm having problems installing the latest upgrade patches.  It keeps alerting that the program for that patch is not found on the computer.  I've tried this in both inventor and Autocad with the same results. The last patch I was able to install was 2011 SP1.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

            Depending on which Service pack you are trying to apply you may get that message. If you have applied Subscription Advantage pack you will need to make sure that you get the correct service pack from our site. For Service pack 2 there are four version two are for if you have Advantage pack applied (one 32bit & 64 bit) and two for just Inventor without Advantage pack (one 32bit & 64 bit). Depending on what you have, re-download the service pack from our site and try reapplying it.

            Please make sure to also apply the service pack while logged in as the Local administrator of the system for a clean installation.
