Auto fade control on select other

Is there a way to toggle the auto fade (i.e. turn of fade so it stays visible) of of the pinned toolbar when in the 'select other' command ? There is an option to toggle this under the contraint pinned toolbar but I can't see it for select other. Thanks

You have an option to control how long it takes for the Select Other dialog to appear (Tools> Application  Options> General> Selection [bottom right]), but there isn't currently an option to Pin the minitoolbar or disable the AutoFade.

That would make a great wish item though.
