Auto constraints

Helping a friend. When I draw a line at the origin, it does not find the origin and snap to it, or auto apply the horizontal constraint when near horizontal. Or if I draw an L the lines are not connected. That is, I can pull one line away from the other. I can not find the settingsto correct this behavior. What's up?

My gut is telling me your constraint options for sketching are all disabled, but I’d also like you to check the sketch tab on the application options as well to make sure you’re auto-projecting the center point on sketch creation.

To get to the constraint options in your sketch, RMB in the graphics window while in a sketch and pick “constraint options” from the overflow menu. Please see the attached images.

Please mark as solved if this answers your questions or let us know if it doesn’t resolve it. Thank you.

Is this 2010?

Check Constraint Persistance as well (looks like Perpendicular Constriant - but isn't).
