Assemblies, Parts, and Coordinates

I am making my first assembly in Inventor Pro 2015. I was wondering if there was a way to set my parts into the same coordinate system. I want to be abler to insert my parts into the assembly and have them alreadt together when they are inserted in. This is a simple fit check and demonstration assembly, it does not include any joints or moving parts.

Welcome to the forums! Unless your parts are already constrained in a sub-assembly, I think you will need to constrain each part as normal. IV is good, but it can't discern your design intent.  How many parts are in your assembly?

There's 16 parts in my assembly. What do you mean by sub-assembly?

Sounds like mutli-body solids technique or a Derived Component skeleton would be the best way to go.

Can you attach your assembly here?
