Arabic Text Backwards?

So I've got a part, right?  It's for a customer in an Arabic-speaking country, and it needs to have molded-in markings in both Arabic and English.  I've got the text that I need, already typed out for me in Arabic, so in theory I should be able to copy-paste from Word into Inventor, then extrude / emboss just like (most) other text.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be that simple.

So.  In the attached picture, you can see three sets of text.

The MS Word document is my starting point.  The text there is correcct, as typed out for me by my customer.

In Inventor, I use the text tool to create a new text item.  I copy-paste from Word to Inventor, and the text looks right, until I click OK.  What actually shows up on the screen is what's shown in green.  When I double-click that to edit it again, what now shows up in my text editor is what's shown there in blue.  The text in the sketch shows the letters facing the correct way, with the order of the letters in each word backwards, and the order of the words themselves backwards.  When viewed in the text editor however, the order of the letters within each word is correct, it's just the words themselves are in reverse order compared to what's in the MS Word part.  The letters, in all cases, are facing the right direction.

Anyone have any ideas or workarounds?  I've done just about everything I can think of here, up to and including taking the text into AutoCAD (ick) and exploding it.  This gives me the correct letter- and word-sequence, but the quality is terrible, with jagged edges everywhere.  It would take me hours to clean up all the edges.

Is the sketch you are using for the text on a Work Plane? If so highlight the Work Plane and right click and select Flip Nomal.

Have you tried just using the font file in Inventor?

Can you attach a copy of the Font file to your post?

I'm sure that you have already tried just re-arranging the words in your original before pasting into INV?

In the example shown I was just sketching on one of the origin planes, but the behavior is the same whether I'm on a plane or on part geometry.  It appears to have something to do with the reading order of English vs. Arabic (left-to-right vs right-to-left.)

The behavior doesn't change with the font - it may show one of the Helvetica variants in the Inventor window in my screenshot, but I've tried it with Times New Roman, Arial, and other standard fonts as well.

I can't exactly just type the text in to Inventor, because (a) I don't have an Arabic keyboard, and (b) even if I did, I don't know how to read Arabic.

Here's the text below:

صمّام ضبط الري

مياه ملوّثة غير صالحة للشرب

Doesn't work.  The letter order within the words is also changed.  Simply putting the words back in the right order will not resolve the letter issue.  The letters can't simply be put in reverse order, because - much like writing cursive in English - there's a flow from one letter to the next which changes the shape of each letter based on what it's next to.
