If you just place the view in your IDW without using the options that I posted, each time you either open the IDW or look at a different page, the view is checked and updated from the model.

Hi! Did you check "associative DV" checkbox in the drawing view? With the option check, the drawing view should be in sync with the model in the given DV. If it is not doing that, there could be a problem. Could you show me a dataset exhibiting the behavior?
