Anyone created a new Ipart since 1.1?

When i click on this value to suppress/unsuppress the feature the drop down box pops up in the upperleft had corner of the screen. Soon as you let go of the mouse button it goes away and if you try to click and drag to the box it also goes away. Anyone else notice this?

This issue is only reproducible when there is drop-down selection in iPart placement dialog. Anyway this can be accomplished by settings in table page within iPart placement dialog. Could you let me know your email address and I would like to further communicate with you?
