Anybody please suggest how to rename assemblies parts and drawings

I am using inventor2008 I want to Copy my sub assembly and paste it into new folder with a different project . Please tell me how to rename the assemblies thier respective parts, drawings .

are you using vault?

if not design assistant might work but its been ages since i used it

If you can keep the names the same just copy the project to a new directory and create a new project file.  If you must have unique file names then there is a macro called copy design in the SDK directory.
