I would like to finish this pen holder drawing, but I stop at the top surface with holes. I don't know how to draw the curve in the top surface and holes. Anybody can show me how to do it please.

create a sketch onthe XZ plane, and Revolve -Cut to remove the material. The place you sketch on the top angled surface for your holes.
